Objective: Obtain single Family Homes for Sale or Rental
Purchase Price: Under $750K
Price Formula: 70% of ARV minus repair costs
Other: We avoid fire damage and foundation issues. We love doublewides and Modulars.
Single Family Fix and Flip
Objective: To Obtain cashflowing multifamily units with the ability to force appreciation
Size: 5 or less units or more than 24 units.
MultiFamily
Objective: Obtain building lots or subdividable
Location: Charlotte/Statesville/Hickory Markets
Price: Under 20% of ARV
Other: We have extensive experience with difficult lots
